Governance Transformation Implementation
CNA supports the Military Health System Governance Office (MHS), the centerpiece of the reform establishment of the DHA to assume responsibility for shared services, functions and activities of the MHS and other common clinical and business processes. CNA support includes project management, document and records management, stakeholder management and communications, organizational transformation and change management, analytics support, report-writing support, policy and publication issuance and special projects and facilitation services.
Congressional Correspondence Support
CNA supports the OASD(HA) by providing document management services, coordination and training on established business rules for document processing to provide beneficiaries, health care providers, DoD officials, members of the uniformed services, members of Congress and others who seek information on a variety of issues impacting the TRICARE program and military health care.
Community Guide Branch
CNA supports the Community Guide Branch (CGB) by providing scientific writing and editing, health communication, web development and administration, implementation and overall project management for systematic reviews to ensure timely journal publication. CNA evaluates all reviews and task force findings, which assist the CGB staff support administrative, financial, reporting and technical needs of the CDC through a system of business processes and policies.
Dengue Data Safety
CNA supports the mission of USAMMDA and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by providing subject matter experts, infectious disease medical doctors, ethicists and biostatisticians to act as a Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB). The DSMB facilitates performance of four USAMMDA managed clinical studies aimed toward characterization of the USAMRMC’s Dengue Human Infection Model (DHIM).
